The adoption of a magnet drum with a special magnetic pole arrangement enables high recovery of cutting chips.
The "CMS type" is a device that extracts and recovers chips mixed in the coolant discharged after the cutting operations of machine tools. With a newly designed scraper, the separation and discharge performance of chips from the magnetic drum has been improved. By changing the motor installation position to reduce the overall height to 80mm, it has become possible to install in locations that were previously difficult to access. The adoption of a specially arranged magnetic pole configuration in the magnetic drum allows for high recovery of chips. 【Features】 ■ Improved separation and discharge performance of chips from the magnetic drum ■ Stable discharge made possible by a significant increase in discharge space ■ Consideration for overflow prevention by raising the side plates ■ By changing the motor installation position to reduce the overall height to 80mm, installation in previously difficult locations is now possible *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
