The VIA Mobile360 M500 system, equipped with a sturdy and durable cover, is designed to meet the IP67 waterproof standard even in harsh warehouse and industrial conditions, ensuring reliable operation. This system features a high-performance 1.2GHz dual-core ARM Cortex-A7 dual-core SoC with an integrated deep learning accelerator, three AHD camera input ports, one CVBS input port, one COM/CAN bus port, a MicroSD card slot, and four antenna connectors, providing a variety of I/O functions. In addition to supporting GPS, Wi-Fi, and BT5.0, it is also compatible with a 4G wireless module that has a MiniPCIe slot. The VIA Mobile360 Forklift Safety System includes two IP67 FOV-190° cameras to detect people in front of and behind the vehicle, one IP67 FOV-68° camera for DMS, and an optional 7-inch IP67 CVBS display panel. A complete set of cables and mounting brackets is also included.

The VIA Mobile360 Forklift Safety System detects when a person approaches the forklift and warns the driver with an alert sound to prevent contact accidents. The 3PD package supports a 270° human detection range using one rear camera and two side cameras. On the other hand, the 2PD + DSS package uses a front camera and a rear camera and can be set to a human detection range of 60° to 120° according to requirements. The human detection range for both packages assists the driver within a range of 4 to 5 meters, depending on the installation height of the cameras. The detection area can be selected as single (warning area) or two zones (warning area and danger area), and settings can be easily configured using the VIA Mobile360 WorkX smartphone app. A variety of voice alerts and warning sounds are available, and settings can also be adjusted through the app.
