[Improved Wear Resistance × Sliding Properties × Release Properties] Surface Treatment Technology DLC Coating
By changing the film formation method, we achieve longer product life by controlling wettability and sliding properties! It can also accommodate large workpieces. We will explain about DLC!
DLC (Diamond Like Carbon) is a hard coating that lies between diamond and graphite. Its hardness is 1500 Hv, and the friction coefficient ranges from 0.1 to 0.2. It has heat resistance and can be used at temperatures up to about 200°C. Additionally, by changing the gas used, it is possible to control the wettability. 【Characteristics】 ■ Hardness: 1500 Hv ■ Friction coefficient: 0.1 to 0.2 ■ Chemical resistance: insoluble in acids and alkalis ■ Electrical resistance: insulating ■ Contact angle (for water): 58° ■ Film thickness: standard around 2 μm (up to a maximum of 10 μm) ■ Compatible size: can accommodate up to a diameter of 1000 mm, length of 3500 mm, and weight of 5.6 tons For more details about DLC or if you wish to request a prototype test, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Thanks to all of you, our company is celebrating its 55th anniversary, and we are grateful for it. Since our establishment, we have been engaged in the business of producing high-quality rolls for laser plate-making systems and roll-to-roll development, based on gravure plate-making technology. In the gravure plate-making system, we have completed the newly developed New FX, which significantly reconstructs the system. We have installed the first unit in-house, conducted test cylinder services, and provided operator training, and we are now in a position to begin introducing it to many domestic and international companies starting this year.
