Achieving reduced leaching of alkali metals through surface treatment of vials!
"Sulfur processing" is a special treatment that excels in suppressing metal elution. A solution of ammonium sulfate is added to vials that have completed primary processing, and during subsequent annealing, it primarily reacts with alkali metals. By selectively reacting and extracting the alkali components on the inner surface of the vial, low metal elution is achieved. The treated vials have a surface layer rich in silica components, which helps reduce the elution of alkali metals. 【Features】 ■ Inject ammonium sulfate solution into vials that have completed primary processing ■ React primarily with alkali metals during annealing ■ Selectively react and extract alkali components on the inner surface of the vial to achieve low metal elution ■ Can be used safely in formulations where basic pH shifts and reactions with alkali metals are a concern *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Our company started in 1930 with the production of ampoules, which are glass containers for pharmaceuticals. We have since developed our own molding machines and have grown into the only company in Japan that produces a wide variety of pharmaceutical glass containers, including vials, cartridges, and syringes. We also implement a quality management system certified by ISO 9001/ISO 15378, establishing a thorough quality control and assurance system. Moving forward, we aim to challenge new fields based on the technological expertise accumulated over many years and respond to the demands of the times.
