In our company, the work content and schedule are divided into the first half and the second half of the week, and workers write them on a whiteboard. To ensure thorough communication of this information, we hold daily morning meetings to align on the processes. We also have a complete set of work instructions for each customer to ensure adherence to customer specifications. The processing steps are checked by veteran employees, who select tools and review all plates to establish a system that allows us to create high-quality products as quickly as possible.
