Due to the accumulation of tar and wear on the screw, the conveying capacity of the processed material had decreased, and many issues were observed overall, including wear on the fitting parts, corrosion of the base plate, and wear on the main cover. Therefore, the conveying capacity for the processed material was restored by rewinding and building up the screw. Repairs were made to the wear on the fitting parts through plating, thermal spraying, and buildup, as well as repainting the base plate and polishing the main cover, restoring them to like-new condition.
