Wear Resistance (Erosion and Cavitation Wear Resistance) - High Strength - High Density It possesses outstanding characteristics along with carbide metal spraying. It demonstrates excellent properties even in high-temperature and corrosive environments. 3. Corrosion Resistance - Durability It has high performance in chemical resistance, solvent resistance, and ozone degradation resistance. ■Details of Processing Technology 1. The processing materials are selected from six types according to the intended use: alumina (aluminum oxide), titanium oxide, alumina + titanium oxide, chromium oxide, zirconia + magnesium oxide, and alumina + zirconia. 2. The processing methods can be chosen from ceramic powder flame spraying, plasma spraying, and high-velocity flame (gas) spraying. 3. The temperature applied to the material during processing is below 250°C (which has little effect on the material). 4. The processable materials include iron and stainless steel. Other metals can also be processed, although there are constraints regarding shape and thickness; please consult us. 5. We also sell spraying equipment and special powder materials. ■Notes Ceramic materials have high hardness and low viscosity, making them susceptible to impacts and thermal shock, which can lead to cracking.
