The video education platform "VideoStep," operated by our company, is conducting a proof-of-concept experiment aimed at improving the efficiency of technology transfer and personnel training, starting from August 1, 2022, in collaboration with Tokyo Dome Facilities Co., Ltd. In partnership with Safie Inc., which operates the cloud recording service "Safie," we are seamlessly converting recorded data from operations conducted in real-time conversations remotely into video manuals. Through this proof-of-concept experiment, we will utilize the educational content videos in actual new employee training and improvement meetings, and over the following six months, we will model and demonstrate, in more concrete numerical terms, how much this has contributed to improving work quality and reducing training hours.
