We would like to introduce a case where the ozone generators "O3 Clear 3" and "Ozone Cluster 10000 (made to order)" were implemented at Terunuma Co., Ltd., which produces and sells dried sweet potatoes and baked sweet potatoes. When storing sweet potatoes, a curing process is carried out. During this process, to maintain high temperatures and humidity in the warehouse, conditions become favorable for mold growth and an increase in pests such as fruit flies. Therefore, an ozone generator was introduced as a measure against mold and pests.
