This is a tabletop dryer equipped with IoT that can continuously extract drying data. It is a custom-made product tailored to customer needs (installation space, drying time, processing volume, heat source, additional functions such as humidification and cooling, measurement equipment, etc.). It automatically measures the temperature, humidity, product temperature, weight, and images of the drying items continuously during the drying process. This can be useful for confirming drying conditions and considering drying temperature and drying time for product development. Functions that correspond to different drying methods depending on the materials (such as humidification and cooling) can also be equipped. Additionally, we provide software suitable for the drying method (heating, humidification, cooling, intermittent operation), making data extraction easy.
