The HM-195GB (HM195GB) is a command microphone manufactured by Icom. It is a speaker microphone that allows remote operation of the Icom international VHF transceiver IC-M510J. In addition to the included connection cable OPC-1540 (6.1m/2ft), you can connect an optional command microphone extension cable OPC-1541 (6.1m/20ft), allowing for a maximum extension of up to 18.3m (60.3ft) by connecting up to two cables.
