This is a system for storing electronic books in a predetermined naming convention on the company's shared network and for searching them. You can save electronic books with simple operations. You specify the source folder in advance (the working folder where scanned or fax-received electronic books (PDF files) are located), and then select the PDF file from the list of relevant electronic books displayed on the screen for preview. While checking the preview content, you register necessary information required by the Electronic Book Preservation Law, such as customer details and amounts. You can search for the registered electronic books and check their contents. System requirements: It operates on Windows 10/11 computers currently used by customers. No additional software is required for displaying or saving PDF files.

The electronic books (PDF files) in the pre-specified work folder (source folder) will be displayed in a list. You can preview the selected electronic book from the list and check its contents. Enter and select the necessary information such as customer details and amounts required for saving the electronic book, and register it in the system. In addition to the required information, it is also possible to register notes related to the electronic book. (We also provide auxiliary functions to assist with input, such as clipboard integration and character recognition from images.)
