We would like to introduce a case where we delivered eight large seismic steel racks (with a load capacity of 500kg) with a height of 210cm. This product features a boltless design that allows for easy assembly using only a rubber hammer, without the need for any bolts. The bolt tightening process, which typically takes 20 to 30 seconds per bolt, is completely unnecessary, enabling anyone to assemble it accurately. Additionally, since the racks are connected in a series of four horizontally, a certain level of seismic resistance is ensured. Furthermore, we have installed "anti-tipping bases" on the front support columns of the racks to implement earthquake countermeasures.
