The ST#747CS (ST747CS) is a digital wireless intercom desktop master unit manufactured by Tanizawa. The desktop master unit ST#747CS has four communication slots for connecting with subunits, allowing for simultaneous two-way communication with a total of five devices, including four portable subunits ST#747M-H. Additionally, there is no limit on the number of transmissions to the receiving-only subunit ST#747M-H. Furthermore, up to 16 desktop master units ST#747CS can be connected to the main unit ST#747BS, and if each master unit is connected to four portable subunits ST#747M-H, a maximum of 64 simultaneous two-way communications is possible. The connection to the main unit ST#747BS allows for seamless handover. When setting the wireless channels, this unit allows for the configuration of "band" and "hopping pattern." There is no concept of channel numbers. The wireless communication channels of this unit are divided into three bands within the 2.4GHz range, and the master unit side sets which band will be used for communication. Each band has many channels, and within each band, a communication method called frequency hopping spread spectrum is used, which rapidly changes the frequency (channel) of the radio waves transmitting data.
