This technology involves injecting nitrogen gas instead of maintaining high pressure after resin filling in conventional injection molding, creating a mechanism that retains pressure (low pressure) from inside the product. This molding method significantly reduces the occurrence of defects such as sink marks, warping, and burrs, which are common issues in traditional molding. Our company has adopted Kaken Genex products and is equipped to utilize this technology.
