Using the cool trap "OSR-CT125"! A case study on achieving zero atmospheric emissions in evaporator concentration operations.
We would like to introduce a case of zero-emission organic solvents, which has achieved almost complete elimination of the release of organic solvents into the atmosphere by combining the rotary evaporator commonly used in chemical laboratories with the "Cool Trap OSR-CT125." The stainless steel high-efficiency condenser, developed with our proprietary technology, features approximately 100 times better heat exchange efficiency compared to standard glass condensers when cooling and trapping organic solvent gases. Trace amounts of organic solvent gases that could not be captured by the stainless steel condenser are captured by activated carbon. 【Features of the Cool Trap】 ■ High-efficiency stainless steel condenser - Made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel - A corrosion-resistant and acid-resistant type with a fluororesin coating on the inside is also available ■ Activated carbon box - Captures trace amounts of organic solvent gases that could not be captured by the stainless steel condenser *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
