The "component side and solder side" of the substrate immediately after the soldering bath will be inspected simultaneously from both sides using cameras installed above and below. Although it is an inline machine, the flow direction can be freely set and changed by the user, allowing it to be used like an offline machine with either of the following settings: RR: input from the right and output to the right LL: input from the left and output to the left. Reverse inline settings such as RL: input from the right and output to the left, and LR: input from the left and output to the right, can also be easily configured. Additionally, the traceability function is well-developed, allowing the inspection machine to output reports (automatically generated) independently without the need for a dedicated server.
