We would like to introduce a case of providing support for the Program Management Office in conjunction with the renewal of the core system group. During the progress of the new core system renewal project, there was a lack of customer promotion structure. Furthermore, various issues became prominent, such as personalization, bias, dysfunction, schedule delays, and task inconsistencies, regarding the need for a unified approach to reporting and communication across management, cross-functional collaboration, and collaboration between business and IT. In response, our company successfully contributed to various operations through professionals skilled in knowledge utilization, by providing timely information to customer program owners and managing steering committees for each system.
