We would like to introduce a case study of the introduction of "Athena" to Company C, which specializes in the contract manufacturing and regrinding of special tools. They were processing products with a high frequency of initial inspections and in-process inspections, particularly small lot productions of ball end mills and radius end mills. Although these could be performed with existing CNC tool measurement machines, there were challenges related to measurement time.
