NT1189 is an LNA for 5G (Sub6) base stations. It contributes to improving and enhancing reception sensitivity with its low distortion and high gain characteristics, as well as low NF (noise figure) characteristics. By modifying external circuits, it can support a wide bandwidth from 3.3GHz to 5.0GHz. Additionally, the adoption of a compact and thin package helps reduce the mounting area in base stations with a high number of installations. In the 5G (Sub6) n77/78 and n79 bands, it contributes to improving and enhancing the receiving sensitivity of base stations, such as small cells, by achieving high gain characteristics of 21dB to 26dB and low NF within the band of 0.48dB to 0.63dB. 2. Mounted in a compact and thin package It is mounted in a compact and thin leadless package measuring 1.6 x 1.6 x 0.397mm, making it ideal for base stations with a large number of mounted components. This contributes to the reduction of the mounting area.
