Based on accumulated data and experience, we respond to various drying and granulation needs! Thorough quality control.
We would like to introduce our powder processing and equipment. In 1991, we introduced our first open-type spray dryer (SD), followed by the second unit in 2000 and the third unit in 2007. During this time, we established a quality management system and have been responding to various drying and granulation needs under thorough quality control. When switching products, we conduct thorough hand washing of the tower and tanks, as well as disassembly and cleaning of the sludge transport equipment. We also accept processing from liquid raw materials for spray drying. 【Features】 - The SD1 unit can spray using either a disk type or a pressurized nozzle type. - Two types and two sizes of disks are available: insert type and pin type. - The ball mill can be equipped with either a silica liner or an alumina liner. - Packaging options include bulk bags, paper bags, and specified container filling. - After starting SD operations, we maintain quality through a 24-hour monitoring system. *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.

Our company started in the Taisho era as "Yamaka's Raw Material Division," supplying clay to ceramic manufacturers. At that time, ceramic manufacturers produced their own clay and glazes, which lacked stability. Therefore, we advanced our research and began supplying wet raw materials for ceramics as a dedicated raw material manufacturer. Since then, we have expanded our scale alongside the development of the ceramics industry. In 1991, we also began processing ceramic powder raw materials using a spray dryer, and we continue to this day. As we move toward a new era, Yamaka Ceramics aims to continue making progress step by step and to remain a company that can always contribute to the local community.
