Pour the paste-like material into the hopper! Stack the desired number of sheets on the conveyor for transport.
The "HTR-180" is a fully automated spring roll (wrapper) forming machine that continuously produces thin sheets baked in strips in four rows, cuts them to a specified size, and stacks them for transport. When paste-like raw materials (such as flour and eggs) are fed into the hopper, a strip of thin wrapper is continuously formed after passing through a temperature-controlled heating drum (100-200°C). The strip of wrapper is then cut to a desired length (150-250mm) by a cutting and aligning machine and stacked on a conveyor for transport. 【Features】 ■ Continuous production of thin sheets baked in strips in four rows ■ Complete automation of the process from cutting to stacking for transport ■ Cutting of the strip to a desired length (150-250mm) using a cutting and aligning machine *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
