Currently, there has been a significant request from the purchasing department for a price reduction on cardboard products, and we have been cooperating to reduce costs. During delivery, the products are bundled in a compact state without assembly, which makes them compact, but the assembly of dividers is required, resulting in a very time-consuming process and poor packaging efficiency. In response, we proposed delivering the dividers already assembled. Although the product cost increased, the elimination of the assembly work for the dividers improved the labor costs relatively. Additionally, we proposed a compact divider that is integrated with a cushioning pad (Kamikon). By making it an integrated unit, we eliminated issues such as drop damage during packaging, thereby increasing convenience.
