The cooling circuit of the mold, if left unattended, can accumulate rust and calcium, blocking the circuit like cholesterol in blood vessels. Therefore, we recommend regular cleaning of the circuit. We use a cleaning device called "Aratta-kun." Even in circuits where the flow rate has decreased due to the accumulation of rust and calcium, it removes them with powerful pulsations. Additionally, the cleaning solution we use is acidic, but it does not damage anodized surfaces or aluminum base metal. 【Demonstration Image】 *Day 1 Check the inside of the mold circuit with an endoscope camera before cleaning. Thoroughly confirm that there are no water leaks. First, let the water flow and check the flow rate before cleaning. Start cleaning with the uniquely developed cleaning agent FP! After observing for a while, if there seem to be no issues, set a timer and temporarily pull it up. *Day 2 Check the flow rate and the condition inside the circuit. Complete the drying process and then pull it up. *After the work is completed A cleaning report will be provided. *For detailed information such as how to connect the equipment, please refer to the separate catalog "Demonstration Precautions."
