Install a dust collector to prevent the adhesion of fumes generated from the work! Introducing our production equipment.
We would like to introduce the production equipment we handle that is equipped with fume countermeasures. It features a galvanometric scanning laser, and the device is sealed with a shutter. To prevent hand pinching, a light curtain is installed at the opening, and the device is activated using a dual-hand switch on the front operation box for enhanced safety. Air blowers are installed around the jig, and a dust collector is placed at the rear of the equipment to prevent fumes generated from the workpiece from adhering to the laser head. [Example of installed equipment (partial)] ■ Panasonic laser processing machine, maximum 50W, □200mm area ■ Two contact displacement sensors (for measuring workpiece sinking) ■ Load cell (for confirming pressing force) ■ Pressurization method: air cylinder ■ Dust collector (for fume suction) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
