The "Frestent FST-4000" is a freezing pulverizer that enables more uniform sampling using a pre-cooling dry ice freezing and crushing method. By freezing and crushing, it is possible to sample moisture and fruit skins uniformly. Additionally, samples with high lipid content can be easily pulverized into powder by pre-cooling them in a freezer. With improved uniformity, it reduces variability in component analysis and allows for sample reduction in pesticide analysis.
