We would like to introduce a case of suppressing greenhouse gas emissions. The processing oil and coating were burned at 500°C in a lead bath or baking furnace, and the burnt dirt was removed from the metal surface using dilute hydrochloric acid. The treatment using the lead bath and baking furnace was abolished, and we proposed degreasing with cleaning agents AM-8 and FM-3. This achieved a significant reduction in energy consumption.
