The "Model 19301A" is a high-performance impulse tester for low inductance, covering a range of 0.1μH to 100μH. By using a four-terminal measurement circuit, it enables high-precision measurements of ultra-low inductance coils, chips, power inductors, as well as choke coils and coils with a small number of turns.
