Sharing groupware with customers! A case study utilizing the information sharing know-how developed in-house.
At Company A, which conducts machine assembly, the factory manager managed the delivery dates of each machine, the scheduled personnel for each process, and the progress status of each process using handwritten paper. Due to changes in delivery dates and the frequent need for workers to go out for unexpected repair requests, there were issues such as scheduled changes not being communicated correctly to subordinates, leading to the question, "How can we share information among ourselves?" We proposed using the freeware groupware that our company utilizes. With the introduction of groupware, each individual can now always view the latest schedules. 【Issues】 ■ The delivery dates of each machine, the scheduled personnel for each process, and the progress status of each process are managed by the factory manager using handwritten paper. ■ There are frequent changes in processes due to delivery date adjustments and unexpected repair requests, leading to scheduled changes not being communicated correctly to subordinates. ■ The company has obtained ISO 9001 certification and is also struggling with the increasing management of documents year by year. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
