The "Bed Exit and Fall Detection Sensor" does not need to be installed at a high position like a camera and can detect thin parts such as arms and legs in the event of a fall. It is a device called "LiDAR," which emits laser light in a 360-degree pattern. It measures the time it takes for the light to hit an object and return, allowing it to calculate the distance and direction to the object.
