An updated version of the automatic microwave peptide synthesizer boasting unparalleled processing speed and efficiency.
Liberty PRIME 2.0 is the world's best peptide synthesizer currently available. Its unique one-pot deprotection/coupling synthesis method allows for an astonishingly short synthesis cycle of approximately 2.5 minutes and a minimal waste volume of only 8.5 mL per cycle (0.1mmol). Improved robustness from the previous generation enables the synthesis of high-purity long-chain peptides. Liberty PRIME 2.0 is a highly adaptable synthesizer ideal for the synthesis of long-chain peptides, difficult-to-synthesize peptides, and peptides with complex sequences. Furthermore, its ultra-fast continuous synthesis workflow provides efficiency far surpassing that of traditional parallel synthesizers. It can also be used for the synthesis of cGMP peptides.

Company information
CEM Corporation is a leading provider of microwave laboratory systems worldwide. Since 1978, we have offered a complete portfolio of award-winning equipment and industry-leading technology designed with CAD for the markets of analytical experimentation, synthetic chemistry, biosciences, and process management. In 2003, CEM launched a microwave peptide synthesis system, an automated system that produced peptides with higher purity and yield than any method available at the time. Since then, we have continued to design and develop new technologies and methods to improve peptide synthesis. CEM systems are used by Fortune 500 companies, renowned universities, and research institutions around the world. We believe that our responsibility to our customers does not end when the product is shipped; it truly begins at that moment.
