Therefore, customers cannot manage the storage containing confidential information themselves. To meet the needs of customers who prioritize compliance, we offer an optional "No HDD Return Service." By subscribing to the "No HDD Return Service," if the HDD (SSD) of our PC fails, we will provide a new HDD instead of exchanging it with the failed one (*). The HDD containing your important data will be kept in your possession, allowing you to handle it according to your internal regulations. *In this service, the replacement of the HDD (SSD) must be performed by the customer themselves.
