We offer contract processing for the polishing of brittle material end faces and end face coating. At Showdatectron, we utilize our technology for machinery and equipment for brittle material processing to accept orders for end face polishing of rectangular, circular, and other shaped glass materials, as well as for the coating of resin on free-form end faces. Additionally, regarding end face grinding, we can provide consistent processing from slicing the supplied ingots to centering and end face polishing through our partner factories. If you are considering processing prototypes or small lots, please feel free to consult with us. ■ End Face Polishing By polishing the end faces of CNC machined surfaces, laser-cut surfaces, and glass after scriber cutting with brush polishing, we achieve a mirror finish. This results in improved glass strength, enhanced transparency of the end faces, and visually appealing finishes. ■ End Face Coating (UV-curable resin, thermosetting resin coating) We apply UV-curable resin or thermosetting resin to the end faces of various glass materials, camera filters, metal plates, etc., and cure them to ensure protection of the end faces, improvement of substrate strength, and performance tailored to customer requirements such as light shielding. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

**[Contract Processing Introduction]** ■ Edge Polishing Processing materials: Soda glass, quartz glass, non-alkali glass, crystallized glass, and others. Processing dimensions: 50x50 to 305x553 (or diagonal dimension 632mm), thickness 0.2 to 2mm. Stacking thickness during processing: Up to 200mm, multiple sheets of material can be stacked and fixed for batch polishing. Examples of processed shapes: Smartphone and tablet sizes with corner R, flat plates with resin film 350x400x1t, 560x260x6.5t, Φ500x6t, Φ300x0.7~1t, Φ200x0.7~1t, oriflame Φ150x1t, Φ180x20t, and others. ■ Edge Coating (UV Curing Resin Coating) Processing materials: Various glass substrates, PCB substrates (glass epoxy, aluminum substrates), and others. Processing dimensions: 50x50 to 120x170, thickness 0.5 to 3.8mm, coated in a sheet-by-sheet manner. For large substrates, coating can be done one side at a time, with a maximum linear length of 1000mm and thickness from 0.5 to 8.0mm.
