The company installed new poles for outdoor lighting, as there were no lights around the parking lot, making it difficult to recognize the entrance, which led to their adoption of this solution. The high-durability floodlights illuminate a wide area even with just one unit, without glare from the light source, thus preventing light pollution to neighboring areas. When the electrodeless lamps were actually installed, many users reported that the brightness was equivalent to an illuminance of approximately 1.5 times the measured lux.
