"TE Saturated Phenol" is used for extracting nucleic acids from biological tissues and for protein removal after nucleic acid enzymatic reactions. It is pre-saturated (equilibrated) with TE buffer [10 mmol/l Tris-HCl (pH 8.0), 1 mmol/l EDTA]. Additionally, this product has a two-layer structure, with the yellow lower layer being TE saturated phenol and the colorless upper layer serving as a TE layer for oxidation prevention.
