  Three operating modes that can be used according to the purpose: The MS910M+ has three modes: wireless mode, USB wired scanner mode, and batch mode (data collector mode).

• 

  【Wireless Mode (Bluetooth Connection)】 With Bluetooth connection, barcode data is transmitted in real-time to smartphones and other devices. It connects wirelessly to host devices such as iPhone, iPad, Android smartphones and tablets, and PCs. If the host supports Bluetooth connection, it can be easily connected. The Bluetooth profiles supported are HID and SPP. In HID mode, the host receives the barcode data as input data from a keyboard. Additionally, on iOS, by double-clicking the trigger button of the MS910M+, you can switch between the software keyboard and the scanner. In SPP mode, a serial communication-capable application is required. When using buffer mode, if the wireless connection is lost, the data is temporarily stored in memory and automatically sent to the host upon reconnection.

  【USB Wired Scanner Mode】 Can be used as a compact wired scanner when connected to a PC or similar device. You can connect it to a host device such as a PC using the included USB cable and use it as a wired scanner. This allows for efficient work without taking up space, such as when using a PC mounted on a cart within a facility. In USB Keyboard Mode, the host computer treats the input as if it were coming from a keyboard. You can directly input barcode data into applications like text editors (Notepad), EXCEL, Word, etc. In USB Virtual COM Mode, the PC treats the input data as coming from a COM port. It is used with applications that handle COM port input.

  【Batch Mode (Data Collector Function)】 Collects barcode data without real-time wireless communication. After the collection work is completed, connect to a PC via USB cable. The MS910M+ will be recognized as external storage (USB memory) by the PC. Use Explorer to move the files created on the MS910M+ to a folder on the PC. The files can be opened with Notepad or EXCEL for data formatting. Barcode data can have date and time added before and after the data. This allows for data collection such as inventory.
