This time, we would like to introduce that our PPX coating also possesses insulating properties. By changing the thickness of our coating, the breakdown voltage, known as the insulation breakdown voltage, can vary. At a thickness of 1μm, it can withstand a voltage of about 1000V. Increasing the thickness further raises the withstand insulation breakdown voltage. When applying the coating, since it has insulating properties, it is possible to mask areas where you want to maintain electrical conductivity to prevent the film from adhering, so please feel free to consult us as needed.
