In indoor work during the summer, measures against heatstroke and heat insulation are necessary. This time, we received a consultation from a customer engaged in the development and processing of polymer functional products, who wanted to implement heat countermeasures in their manufacturing warehouse. 【 Problem Points 】 Last year, we applied heat insulation sheets to similar shutters in the same factory, and we were considering a proposal for heat insulation sheets again this time. However, due to the shutters being of the roll-up box type and needing to be opened and closed several times a year, it was not possible to apply sheets. 【 Process Leading to Implementation 】 If rust is observed on the shutters, we use paint specifically designed for rust prevention. However, since no rust was observed this time, we selected a revolutionary paint that "eliminates heat" rather than just "insulating heat." 【 Construction 】 The shutters were painted on weekdays, and we took great care in preparing the area to ensure a clean application.
