[Plastic Container OEM] Support from prototyping to mass production! Capable of small items, thin products, and multi-layer molding.
We would like to introduce a case study of a pump for a nasal spray kit produced by Daikyo Seiko Co., Ltd. The customer specifically requested deformability and flexibility for the pump application of the nasal spray kit. Due to the thin-walled nature of the product, stabilizing the shape of the mouthpiece and screw was quite challenging, and we proposed solutions through trial and error. [Case Overview] ■ Requirements - The customer specifically requested deformability and flexibility for the pump application of the nasal spray kit. ■ Proposal Points - We adopted LDPE resin to allow the body to be squeezed with fingers to inject air. - Since the restoration after deformation is a key point, we focused on balancing the wall thickness during molding. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
