[Plastic Container OEM] Supporting everything from prototypes to mass production! Capable of small items, thin products, and multi-layer molding.
We would like to introduce a case study of the production of long-type cotton swab containers by Daikyo Chemical Co., Ltd. The customer requested transparency, deformation countermeasures, and airtightness with the cap. Considering transparency, we proposed using a transparent grade of PP and suggested bag-cut molding due to concerns about bending caused by uneven thickness. To meet these requirements, we developed suitable equipment and tools. 【Case Overview】 ■Requests - Transparency and deformation (bending) countermeasures - Airtightness with the cap ■Proposal Points - Proposed a transparent grade of PP considering transparency - Suggested bag-cut molding due to concerns about bending caused by uneven thickness - Developed our own cutting machine to ensure airtightness at the cut section and achieve a neat cut *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
