[Plastic Container OEM] We support everything from prototypes to mass production! We can handle small items, thin products, and multi-layer molding.
We would like to introduce a case study of the production of aspirator hoses by Daikyo Seiko Co., Ltd. The customer had requests regarding the management of the inner diameter at the fitting parts with other components and the feasibility of molding the fitting protrusions. Regarding the molding of the fitting protrusions, we considered countermeasures and made proposals. 【Case Overview】 ■Requests - A quality and documentation management system is essential for automotive parts - Compatibility with fitting parts, moldability of different angles at both ends, and stabilization of the bellows section ■Proposal POINTS - We proposed optimizing the inner diameter fitting areas with a parison controller to stabilize the shape of the bent sections and ensure stable molding of the bellows section. - The release of the fitting protrusions was resolved by adopting a sliding mechanism. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
