[Plastic Container OEM] Supporting everything from prototypes to mass production! Capable of small items, thin products, and multi-layer molding.
We would like to introduce a case study of the production of aspirator hoses by Daikyo Seiko Co., Ltd. The customer had requests regarding the compatibility with fitting parts, the moldability of different angles at both ends, stabilization of the bellows section, and the ability to accommodate 90-degree bends without imposing loads on other components. We considered and proposed solutions for the molding of 90-degree bends. 【Case Overview】 ■ Requests - Management of the inner diameter at the fitting parts with other components - A quality and documentation management system is essential for automotive parts ■ Proposal POINTS - Optimization of the inner diameter fitting areas using a parison controller - Resolution of issues such as material accumulation and release properties for 90-degree bends *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
