1.84 times energy-saving effect! Comparing flat multi-stage and vertical electric energy.
The vertical tower-type cultivation system "Vege Tree" allows for 12 lettuce plants to grow under one LED due to the rotation of the lettuce. In a flat multi-layer tank measuring 4000*800, the total number of vegetables per layer is 78 plants. There are 12 LEDs, with each LED producing 6.5 plants. On the other hand, in a vertical system with a diameter of 800 mm and a height of 1450 mm, each unit can produce 48 plants. With 4 LEDs, each LED produces 12 plants, resulting in an energy-saving effect that is 1.84 times greater compared to the flat multi-layer system. 【Comparison of Electrical Energy】 <Flat Multi-layer System (2 layers)> ■ Number of lights: 24 ■ Total cultivation: 156 plants ■ Per light: 6.5 plants <Vertical System> ■ Number of lights: 20 ■ Total cultivation: 240 plants ■ Per light: 12 plants *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Company information
We believe that the future of plant factories suitable for climate change will be a hybrid system that combines sunlight and artificial light. Many flat multi-layer plant factories are struggling to operate amid rising electricity costs, labor shortages, increasing minimum wages, and rising raw material and transportation costs. However, we cannot reduce the time of LED lights. Reducing photosynthesis promotion directly leads to poor growth, which affects sales prices and directly results in decreased revenue. Our rotating tower type system allows multiple plants to share fixed LED lights, making it a low-cost and efficient cultivation method that requires fewer LED lights. In family restaurants, serving robots are active, primarily aimed at reducing labor costs, but this method can also be applied to the rotating tower cultivation system, enabling the automation of plant factories through improvements. We will continue to pursue broad technical support and joint development to promote vertical automation systems. We are seeking the participation of partner companies.
