● Fusion of Glass and Resin Characteristics - A glass-resin composite structure that combines the environmental resistance and thermal dimensional stability of glass with the ease of molding of resin. - Achieves a dimensional change of less than 1/10 compared to all-resin molded products in response to temperature changes. - Achieves costs of less than 1/5 compared to all-glass molded products. - Passes reliability tests such as 85°C × 85% for 1000 hours and 85°C ⇔ -40°C for 1000 cycles. ● Realization of Ultra-Precise Microstructures - Precision machining of molds based on optical design simulation structures, faithfully reproducing microstructures with high dimensional accuracy using imprint technology. - Shape examples: cylindrical, hexagonal, square, circular, convex, concave, etc. - Achievement examples: aspheric lenses, toroidal lenses, Fresnel lenses, diffraction gratings, moth-eye structures, etc. - Maximum processing size: approximately 400 x 400 mm - Substrate: various glass substrates, films (thickness: approximately 0.1 mm to 2.0 mm) - Refractive index: 1.4 to 1.7 - Processing examples: single-sided/double-sided molding, various coatings, irregular shapes/drilling processing, etc.
