Introducing important points of the administrator's duties through illustrations! Our company's measures for controlling fluorocarbon emissions.
The Fluorocarbon Emission Control Act includes nine main obligations and practices for managers, such as "appointing a management officer," "creating a list of management equipment for Type 1 specified products," and "conducting regular inspections and simple checks." By using the cloud-based 'ENV System,' all documents can be digitized, and cumbersome calculation and aggregation tasks, as well as storage management, can be automated, allowing for perfect compliance with the law. The first step in legal compliance is creating the equipment list. Please leave the on-site survey to us. We will provide you with the equipment list and layout after the survey. 【Features】 ■ All documents are digitized ■ Cumbersome calculation and aggregation tasks, as well as storage management, are automated ■ Management costs are reduced ■ Perfect legal compliance ■ Contributes to the environment through SDGs and digital transformation *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Until now, on-site work has been analog, and the workload for craftsmen and staff has been heavy. After finishing on-site tasks, they also have to deal with cleanup, photos, and document organization, leading to a situation that contradicts the establishment of a "work-life balance" with regular overtime and a one-day weekend system. Amid concerns about future labor shortages, the catalyst for the full-scale digital transformation (DX) of on-site work was the "Fluorocarbon Emission Control Law," enacted in 2015. When it became legally mandated to manage and inspect fluorocarbons, various organizations began to venture into the maintenance and management of refrigerants in pursuit of new business opportunities. However, the complexity of the "Fluorocarbon Emission Control Law," the need for detailed compliance, and the revisions aimed at stricter penalties led many organizations to abandon these efforts due to the associated burdens. In this context, our company did not give up on realizing DX on-site and, with a strong desire to promote operational efficiency, established the Refrigerant Comprehensive Management Center (ENV) as a general incorporated association, leading to the independent development of a cloud system. Now, not only our company but also many other sites can utilize this system, allowing us to contribute to the establishment of "work-life balance" across the industry as a leading authority in the maintenance and management of air conditioning equipment.
