From November 24 to 25, 2022, we made our debut of the new product BPC Anilox Roll at the tabletop show held alongside the IGAS2022 at Tokyo Big Sight. This marked our first appearance in Japan.

It is a groundbreaking coating technology that CAE has obtained exclusive patent rights for, using a special powder material that, through automated processing synchronized with ceramic machining, not only achieves a smooth surface with high hardness but also reduces the occurrence of fine pores, which could not be avoided with ceramics alone, to a negligible level. With a smooth inner surface finish like "Black Pearl," it significantly improves ink transfer rates and enhances ink fluidity, similar to Teflon, while also making post-cleaning much easier, presenting unprecedented new features.
