The "Neos AB3000N" is an oil treatment agent designed to have minimal impact on fish while possessing excellent oil emulsification and dispersion capabilities. When applied to the surface of spilled oil using a dedicated spraying device or aerosol, the surfactant's hydrophilic and lipophilic properties cause the spilled oil to break down into fine particles that dissolve in water. These dissolved oil particles are then decomposed by bacteria in the water.
