We would like to introduce a case that solved the concerns of our customers in the chair upholstery and sewing processing industry regarding the difficulty of temporary fixing during sewing. When sewing hook and loop fasteners, they were using double-sided tape to temporarily fix them in place to prevent distortion, but they were looking for a way to make this process easier. We proposed a product with a temporary fixing tape that is narrower than the hook and loop fastener (AK tape) applied in the center. This allows for easy cutting to the desired length, improving work efficiency. 【Overview】 ■ Issues - Temporary fixing during sewing is difficult - It requires considerable effort, but is necessary for clean sewing - Some products already have adhesive, but the sewing machine needle becomes sticky ■ Results - We proposed a product with a temporary fixing tape that is narrower than the AK tape applied in the center - Simply cutting it to the desired length improves work efficiency - There is no adhesive on the sewing area, so the sewing machine needle does not become sticky *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
