The use of natural light has been practiced for a long time, and in Japan, shoji screens are a prime example. However, in recent years, there has been an increase in buildings that rely on artificial lighting instead of incorporating natural light during the day. Our main product, the Akarina C daylighting blind, captures natural light and transforms and diffuses it into soft light, brightening the interior and reducing the need for artificial lighting. Additionally, it minimizes the impact of outside temperatures, reducing temperature fluctuations near windows. As a result, it keeps spaces cooler in summer and warmer in winter, thereby reducing air conditioning loads and contributing to energy savings. The slats are highly durable and resistant to light, making them less prone to breakage and ensuring a long lifespan. With an anti-static treatment, they are less likely to attract dust, making maintenance easy. The Akarina C is an economical and environmentally friendly product. *The Akarina daylighting blind is available in versions for businesses and individuals, differing in specifications, warranty content, and services.
