We would like to introduce a case study that solved the problems of customers in the packaging and logistics industry. The transition of vinyl processing and sewing processing to overseas production has progressed, and even the remaining domestic companies are aging amid the industry's decline, often unable to expand their machinery and equipment. However, on the other hand, the demand for shorter delivery times is increasing year by year, and they are looking for ideas that can lead to shorter delivery times. In response, we proposed the use of a sticky type that is less affected by plasticizers. This allows for the attachment of hook-and-loop fasteners without the need for "welder processing (machines)" or "sewing," resulting in significant improvements in work time and production efficiency.
